Full-price items 🖤
- Exchanges: Available on all full-price items. Postage is at the customer's cost in both directions, return shipping to us is at your cost, and a $7 outbound shipping fee applies when we send your new size. We will be in touch with payment details before dispatching. 🩱
- Store credit: Always free 💳
- Refunds: Available with a $7 handling fee on each item refunded (covers processing and restocking)
Sale items 🏷️
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable
- Size exchanges may be possible if stock allows, with postage at the customer's cost both ways
- Sale Bundles – We've created these bundles to give you incredible value, with discounts already applied on top of sale pricing. Because of this, bundle purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, please reach out before purchasing, we're always happy to help 🤍
Non-returnable items 🚫
- Intimate or sanitary items, including underwear

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached where applicable
- No excessive wear, washing, or damage

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If you are slightly outside this timeframe, please don't hesitate to reach out 💌
How to return or exchange 💬
Email info@perkypeche.com with your order number, full name, reason for return, and preferred outcome. We will reply with next steps.
Once received 📬
- Exchanges: Dispatched promptly once the $7 outbound postage is confirmed 🚚
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method minus the $7 fee per item (allow a few business days)
Return shipping 📦
- Return shipping in both directions is always at the customer's cost
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Tracked shipping is recommended for items over $75
